Excellent Location with Great Amenities

The location is excellent and near many key attractions. I could easily walk to the river and the city center. Public transportation was very accessible. I appreciated the proximity to both the river and the train station.
The computer system was temporarily down . This caused a delay in processing my deposit refund. I hope this gets resolved quickly.

The location was acceptable. It was easy enough to reach the city's attractions.
The air conditioning in the bedroom barely worked. this was problematic because outside noise meant i could not open the window, so the room became very hot. the safe also did not function, an additional inconvenience. I expect better security.
